Tobias Nielsén is the CEO of the research-based consulting and publishing firm QNB Volante. His work include mapping the creative industries, financial and management control in creative SME’s, economic effects of live events, and cultural and industry policies. He has been a speaker at conferences in Hong Kong, New York, Beijing and London.

Tobias Nielsén has a Master’s Degree from studies at Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden, and Columbia Business School in New York City, USA. The company QNB Volante is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and involves the publishing arm Volante which publishes non-fiction books as well as a newsletter in Swedish on the cultural economy.
